Painting Commissions

Meg is a painter that specialises in realism, inspired by the Old Masters and traditional artforms. Her work is characterised by detailed and expressive brushstrokes, bringing subjects to life through a blend of styles that capture senses of movement and stillness. Her primary intention as an artist is to evoke soul, creating images that speak from a place of sentiment and significance.

  • Several factors determine the length of time it takes to produce a painting, such as its size, materials and level of detail.

    Once there is a brief in place, a rough estimate can be provided.

  • Paintings are sent via Royal Mail with 24 hour tracking. Delivery costs will be added to the final invoice, and a tracking code will be sent to you.

    If applicable, local delivery is free of charge.

  • All paintings are made using high quality, water-based acrylic paint, on mountboard in a range of sizes.

    Mountboard is a very light material with a smooth finish, that can be used instantly and easily cut to custom sizes.

    • Keep away from direct sunlight to avoid discolouration.

    • Display in a stable environment, avoiding extreme high and low temperatures

    • To protect against dirt and dust build-up, hang away from air flows (open windows, doors etc) and/or protect in a glass panneled frame.
