Meg Cox is a Welsh freelancer, multi-instrumentalist and artist based in South Wales. In November 2025, she was awarded “Music & Creative Arts Freelancer of the Year” in the Welsh Enterprise Awards, recognised for her ‘outstanding contribution to Welsh music culture and artistry’.
She began her freelance career in 2022, working with leading Welsh arts organisations & events - Trac Cymru, TinShed Theatre Co, Between The Trees Festival, Gwent Music and Beacons Cymru - supporting live music, traditional arts & culture, and artistic professional development.
Her work in the creative industry, from on-stage and behind-the-scenes, has built a full-circle scope of knowledge, experience and skills forming c0xee - a service designed to support independent businesses, artists, bands, creatives and individuals; and a platform to share her original paintings and create one of a kind commissions.
Meg’s work is inspired by her parents, who are instrument makers at Marcus Music. She aspires to engage with heritage crafts alongside c0xee, learning traditional skills and developing digital and analog practices.
